An Explorer’s Guide to Reclaiming Wholeness, Discovering Purpose, and Living Authentically
By Kathryn Sforcina

For anyone who has ever felt lost, broken, overwhelmed, addicted, disconnected, stuck, numb, or unsure how to come back to themselves - this book is for you.

Bringing the Lost Parts of Me Home is a guide for the part of you that remembers there is more to life than surviving. The part of you that knows there is something true and whole and strong inside you - even if you haven’t felt it in a long time. Even if you haven't felt it - ever.

This book is not theory.
It is lived experience, bone-deep healing, and a path walked step by step.

I share my story not as someone who has avoided pain, but as someone who has sat with it, walked through it, and learned how to come home to myself again. Along the way, I offer practices, reflections, and a gentle structure for your own return - what I call the SHIFT™ process: Safety. Honesty. Initiation. Feeling. Transmutation.

These five stages help you name what hurts and why it matters, understand the patterns and wounds shaped by your past, learn how to feel without collapsing or shutting down, release what no longer belongs, and come back into your life with more strength, clarity, and self-trust.

This book does not rush your healing. It does not tell you who to be. It does not demand that you “get over it.”

Instead, it offers permission to feel, language for what has been unspeakable, companionship on a lonely road, and a way back into your body and your life.

This book will meet you in the burnout you can’t explain, the grief you never fully named, the shame you’ve held in silence, the anger you were told was too much, and the longing that wakes you in the night.

And it will help you remember:

You are not broken.
You are not too late.
You are not beyond repair.
You are not lost.

You are returning.

This is your homecoming.

Welcome to the part where your healing becomes strength.
Where your story becomes your belonging.
Where you remember yourself again.

Welcome home.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Kathryn Sforcina understands what it means to lose yourself.
To carry pain that no one sees.
To feel too much.
To hold it together for everyone else.
To keep going when life has taken more than it ever gave.

Her work is for the ones who have lived through grief, heartbreak, trauma, addiction, shame, self-abandonment, or the quiet ache of feeling disconnected from their own life. It is for those tired of being stuck, chronically sick or completely alienated from their path and purpose.

Kathryn is a writer, initiated shaman, and facilitator of deep healing and remembrance. She combines shamanic energy medicine, earth-based wisdom, somatic processing, and compassionate self-inquiry to help people reclaim the parts of themselves they had to leave behind to survive.

She leads retreats, nature immersions, rites of passage, ceremony, leadership training and one-on-one healing experiences for those ready to come home to themselves - not as a concept, but as a lived reality.

Her book, Bringing the Lost Parts of Me Home, is a companion for that journey: a gentle, real, and honest guide for remembering your worth, your voice, your inner knowing, your creative fire and the life that is still possible for you.

Kathryn lives her work.
She doesn’t offer quick fixes, spiritual bypassing, or perfection.

She offers:
Presence.
Safety.
Truth.
And a path back to yourself - one step, one breath, one remembering at a time.
