Hello! I am Kat Sforcina, the Founder and Lead Guide/Facilitator of Transforming Tribes. I have spent more than 27 years helping leaders and their teams on their journey of transformation. 

My Journey In a Nutshell:

I am a published author with a keen focus on the convergence of emerging technology, sustainability, and socioecology.

Over the past three decades, I've honed my skills as a serial entrepreneur, board member, and C-suite executive, leading the global expansion of five companies spanning diverse industries including EduTech, FMCG (health, wellness & beauty), Direct Sales (education & renewable energy industries), Emergent Tech (AI), Consulting as a Service (Corporate Wellness & Leadership Development) & Juvenile Product Manufacturing.

My expertise extends into leadership development, program and retreat facilitation, systems thinking, resilience building, sustainability, ideation, innovation, and individual / team culture transformation, boasting a robust 20-year track record in this respect.

Additionally, I bring 27+ years of experience in integrative health, mindfulness, and corporate wellness advocacy, demonstrating a holistic approach to personal and professional development & well-being.

But my journey doesn't stop there. I am also deeply immersed in ancient practices and wisdom traditions. As an initiated Vision Quest guide and practitioner of Shamanic Energy Medicine, I integrate trauma-informed modalities, mindfulness / somatic practices, indigenous nature connection principles, among other things, to facilitate transformation at a deep level.

Along the way I have found the most meaningful change and profound shifts in perspective and workplace culture to stem from two things; (i) getting to know ourselves more deeply, and (ii) fostering a deep connection with the natural world. 

 
This has inspired my vision to help leaders and their modern-day tribes reconnect with themselves, each other and the more-than-human world to find more passion, purpose & productivity for work, life & play.
